  • Get Licensed

    This Prelicensing course consists of basic real estate principles and practices and satisfies the minimum 75 hour requirement established by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission. In this class you will learn topics such as property ownership, real estate law, finance, brokerage relationships, closings, transfer of title, title assurance, sales contracts and practices, valuation, property management, taxation, fair housing, and mathematics. Successful completion of the Broker Prelicensing Course will qualify the student to take the real estate license examination.

  • BICUP

    BIC or BIC Eligible? The 2025-26 BICUP course gives attendees 4 hours of Update Continuing Education Credit for the 2025-26 license year. Topics include: agency, frequently asked questions, fair housing, licensing and education, and law and rule updates.

    *This update course is for BIC and BIC Eligible licensees only. Provisional and Non Provisional licensees are required to take the General Update course.
