    Prelicensing - Coming Soon

    This Prelicensing course consists of basic real estate principles and practices and satisfies the minimum 75 hour requirement established by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission. In this class you will learn topics such as property ownership, real estate law, finance, brokerage relationships, closings, transfer of title, title assurance, sales contracts and practices, valuation, property management, taxation, fair housing, and mathematics. Successful completion of the Broker Prelicensing Course will qualify the student to take the real estate license examination.

    Cost: $475 Includes class materials, textbook, and proctored testing.

    Need a last-minute confidence boost before your licensing exam? Our Online (Live via Zoom) Exam Cram Session is a fast-paced review designed to sharpen your knowledge, reinforce key concepts, and tackle the trickiest topics that appear on the state and national portions of the test.

    Class: 9am - 1pm, with Q&A Session at the end. Login for registered participants will begin at 8:30 am.
